Labourer wins compensation for injuries sustained in an accident at work |

| An employee claimed compensation for an injury at work when he was employed as a
general labourer in a building firm. The employee was instructed by his employer to clean tiles above a
bath with a neat acid solution. The bottles’ instructions and directions confirmed the acid cleaner
should be diluted and the employee slipped knocking the solution onto his
